Traditional mixers in blending tanks often exhibit uniform velocity characteristics, leading to mixing dead zones, low volume utilization rates, and residual water stratification. In contrast, the hyperboloid mixer eliminates these issues through its dual-surface impeller design, ensuring complete plug flow without dead zones or sedimentation, even at the pool bottom. This design also prevents air entrainment, water calmness, and minimizes debris accumulation due to its non-leaf structure, which avoids filament and requires no maintenance during normal operation.
