1. Overview
Designed for dry installation scenarios where sewage is located underground at specific depths, the YW pump connects to the motor via a precision-coupled shaft, ensuring smooth operation with a submerged depth capability of up to 15 meters. Its vertical structure allows the pump body to remain immersed in liquid during operation, enabling easy startup without air exhaust or cavitation risks, while maintaining leak-free performance. The pump adopts a single or dual-channel impeller design paired with an optimized volute, achieving high efficiency and energy savings. The impeller undergoes dynamic/static balance testing to eliminate vibration during operation, offering features such as anti-clogging, anti-wrapping, and zero maintenance downtime. The pump capacity ranges from 4 to 3,000 m3/h with a maximum power of 250 KW.

● Clog-free Design: It adopts large-passage anti-clogging hydraulic components, which can smoothly pass fiber materials more than 5 times the pump's diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump's diameter, effectively avoiding clogging issues.
● High Efficiency and Energy Saving: The optimization of the pump body structure, coupled with a high-efficiency motor, results in lower energy consumption during pump operation, achieving remarkable energy-saving effects.
● Wear-resistant and Corrosion-resistant: The pump body and key components are made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy materials, ensuring stable operation of the pump under harsh working conditions.
● Vertical Installation: The pump body is designed in a vertical structure, and it is fully submerged in the liquid during operation, allowing for easy starting without the need for venting, while also reducing the risk of leakage.
