The Wudeng Purification Plant, with a total investment of 360 million yuan (RMB 360M) and covering an area of 3.4 hectares, is primarily composed of three key systems: wastewater treatment system, reclaimed water system, and concentrated brine treatment system. The designed capacities of these systems are 30,000 tons/day, 20,000 tons/day, and 16,000 tons/day, respectively.
The plant processes industrial wastewater discharged by enterprises through a dual-membrane system, regenerates the water for reuse in industrial production, and thereby realizes water recycling while freeing up high-quality drinking water resources. It effectively addresses challenges such as large wastewater volumes, fluctuating water quality, high ionic content, and poor biodegradability in the photovoltaic industry, providing a solid guarantee for promoting green, low-carbon, and high-quality development of Yiwu’s photovoltaic industry.
