In order to address the frequent occurrence of waterlogging in the low-lying area in the eastern part of Jun County's urban area (the Bozhuang Dike area), the Bozhuang Dike Stormwater Drainage Pumping Station was constructed. After the project was put into use, the drainage efficiency of the Bozhuang Dike area has increased by three times, completely solving the long-standing pain point of historical waterlogging. During Typhoon Doksuri in 2024, the pumping station operated continuously for 72 hours, with a cumulative drainage of 800,000 cubic meters of floodwater, ensuring the safety of the lives and properties of the surrounding residents and the smooth flow of the main roads in the urban area.
